Chinese food being one of the most abused cuisines in India with shops being setup with a stove, a kadhai and tons of spices - its very hard to know what true Chinese is all about. However after eating at a couple of places that claim to be the best mandarin/Chinese served one can come to a conclusion - Chinese food in India is always going to be Indo Sino mix and not authentic Chinese ever. In any dish - of prime importance is the raw ingredient quality, the quantity of the food cooked, the amount of oil used , flavoring agents and presentation. Its not charred and it has a sort of crunch to it ( spring onions, carrots )
• The amount of MSG in particular is less and/or not put at all on request - the way you like it
• The content of oil is pretty low (negligible if u specify)
• Presentation is simple but elegant. The food is decently priced.
