Today, we had the privilege of meeting with 12 Anganwadi teachers serving in the communities where Vanitashray works.
Over the past few years, Vanitashray has supported the needs of three Anganwadi centres in Hadapsar. As we listened to these dedicated teachers, we were deeply moved by the realities they face every day.
The needs are basic, yet critical. Many centres lack safe and child-friendly infrastructure. Teachers spoke about the urgent need for floor mats for children to sit on, writing boards, stationery, educational toys, and safe spaces where children can learn and play.
One teacher is often responsible for 25–30 toddlers—providing care, teaching, cleaning, and meeting each child's individual needs. The workload is overwhelming, yet they continue to serve with remarkable dedication.
Many children do not have uniforms or ID cards. Classrooms are overcrowded, with little or no space for play or early learning. These Anganwadi centres often remain under-resourced and inadequately monitored, leaving children in their most formative years without the environment they deserve.
Early childhood is the foundation of a child's future. If we neglect these crucial years, we fail to invest in the next generation.
It is time for all of us—government agencies, corporates, civil society, and communities—to come together and strengthen our Anganwadis. Every child deserves a safe, nurturing, and stimulating start to life

Dearest Moms, for every heartfelt hug, encouraging word, and selfless act of love you’ve showered on your family, we celebrate and honor you! We love you and thank the Lord for you!

Even as you handle the countless demands placed upon you in the daily grind of life, I pray you will know how much the Lord loves you and is for you. May you sense His assuring presence and perfect love in a powerful and personal way today and receive a fresh impartation of His health, peace, and wisdom. In the days to come, may He give you greater favor with your children and spouse and restore every relationship that is broken. And may you and your loved ones walk in His 24/7 protection always and find His supply more than enough for every demand.

Ruth labored in obscurity and became part of the Messianic line.
