नोट बन्दी का तीर...
८ नवंबर को किया, बड़े नोटों पर वार,
चलन से बाहर हुए, पांच सौ और हजार ।
काला धन, नकली नकदी, और आतंक,
कहा, एक ही तीर से, तीनों का होगा अंत ।
नकली नोटों के लिए, पुख्ता नहीं इंतजाम,
लगता नहीं आतंकवाद पर, लगी है लगाम ।
बैंकों में जमा हुए, अनुमान से अधिक नोट,
नोट बन्दी के फैसले पर, ये सबसे बड़ी चोट ।
सोचा नहीं, नोट बन्दी के, दूसरे पहलुओं पर ?
गरीब, किसान, मजदूरों पर, होगा बुरा असर।
अपने ही धन खातिर, जन जन है मोहताज,
महीने भर बाद भी, कतारों का नहीं इलाज।
सबसे बड़ा बैंक कहे, नकदी की नहीं कमी,
कतारों में खड़े देश को, ये बात नहीं जमी ।
"कैशलैस" व्यवस्था पर, गर केंद्रित है ध्यान,
कैश की ही कतारों में, क्यूं जा रही है जान ?
सुन ले प्रधान, सुन ले सेवक, सुन ले ए फकीर,
आम जन को ही चुभा, नोट बन्दी का तीर ।
