A New Beginning at AISSMS IOIT! ✨

Today, we had the opportunity to welcome our First Year (FY) students and introduce them to the IEEE Student Branch, AISSMS IOIT. 🌐⚡

The orientation was conducted under the guidance of our IEEE Student Branch Counsellor, S. V. Kulkarni Ma’am, with the leadership of our Chair, Rahul Gunjkar, and Vice Chair, Asmita Patil, who took the initiative to connect with and welcome the FY students into the IEEE community. 💙

The session aimed to introduce our young minds to a community that encourages innovation, technical learning, leadership, collaboration, and professional growth.

As they begin their engineering journey, we look forward to seeing them explore new technologies, take on challenges, build meaningful projects, and grow into the innovators of tomorrow. 🚀

Welcome to the IEEE community, FY! Let the journey begin. 💙

Empowering Innovation through Knowledge & Intellectual Property! 💡

The IEEE AISSMS IOIT SB Student Branch, in association with the Department of Instrumentation Engineering, IEEE AISSMS IOIT Sensors Council Student Branch Chapter, and IEEE SPS Pune Chapter, successfully organized an Expert Session on “IEEE Membership Development Drive and Intellectual Property Rights” on 16th September 2026 for Third Year B.Tech. Instrumentation Engineering students.

The session provided valuable insights into Intellectual Property Rights, patents, innovation protection, commercialization, and the importance of transforming innovative ideas into impactful solutions.

We sincerely thank Dr. Vinayak Bairagi Bairagi, Professor, Department of E&TC Engineering, AISSMS IOIT, for sharing his valuable expertise and insights with the students.

💡 Innovation met creativity on IEEE Day 2025!
Our Student Branch came together to celebrate the spirit of technology and collaboration through a series of engaging activities — from testing knowledge in TechQuiz, visualizing concepts in Tech Pictionary, and expressing imagination in the Prompt Competition, to capturing moments and ideas at our Photo Booth & Idea Wall.

It was a day that blended learning, laughter, and leadership, reflecting the true essence of IEEE — advancing technology for humanity. 🌍💙
