#MANTHAN is a community of young changemakers, in India. The aim of the community is to help create a Feeling of Changemaker in peoples and connect the changemakers across INDIA and create a world that responds quickly and effectively to social challenges, and where each individual has the freedom, confidence and societal support to address any social problem and drive change. MANTHAN was founded from understanding a key insight in the field of youth development: one of the most effective ways to engage the youth in the process of changemaking is to help them realize and understand their own ability to make positive social change. What do we do?

1)Find- We find the most important social change ideas
2)Support - We support the entrepreneurs/students behind them to ensure maximum impact
3)Integrate - We integrate new ideas and initiatives by connecting social, business, financial and university leaders to build an “eco-system” of initiatives that solve the fast-growing social needs of the world.
