کلاروس// لشٹال کلاروس سے تعلق رکھنے والے غلام نبی لون اور ان کی اہلیہ نے محکمہ زراعت زون تھین کے تعاون سے تقریباً تین سال قبل HADP اسکیم کے تحت گرین ہاؤس حاصل کیا۔ دونوں میاں بیوی نے محنت اور لگن سے گرین ہاؤس میں سبزیوں کی پیداوار شروع کی، جو آج ان کے لیے آمدنی کا ایک اہم ذریعہ بن چکا ہے۔
غلام نبی لون اور ان کی اہلیہ کا کہنا ہے کہ وہ گرین ہاؤس کے ذریعے سبزیاں تیار کرکے اپنے گھر کے بیشتر اخراجات پورے کر رہے ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ محکمہ زراعت کی جانب سے فراہم کی گئی سہولت نے انہیں اپنے پاؤں پر کھڑا ہونے اور باعزت روزگار حاصل کرنے میں مدد دی۔
میاں بیوی نے محکمہ زراعت زون تھین کا شکریہ ادا کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ HADP اسکیم کے تحت دی گئی سہولت سے فائدہ اٹھا کر وہ نہ صرف اپنی آمدنی میں اضافہ کر رہے ہیں بلکہ سبزیوں کی پیداوار کے ذریعے دوسروں کے لیے بھی ایک مثال قائم کر رہے ہیں۔

تھین کلاروس// آج مدرسۃ البنات دارالعلوم عارفیہ، تھین کلاروس میں ختمِ بخاری و خمار پوشی کے سلسلے میں ایک پروقار جلسے کا انعقاد کیا گیا، جس میں خواتین اور طالبات کی بڑی تعداد نے شرکت کی۔
جلسے کے دوران عالمیت و فضیلت کی تعلیم مکمل کرنے والی 12 خوش نصیب طالبات کو خمار پوشی، اعزازی ایوارڈز اور دیگر انعامات سے نوازا گیا۔
اس کے علاوہ قرآنِ پاک کا حفظ مکمل کرنے والی دو خوش نصیب طالبات کو ردائے تکمیلِ حفظ، اعزازی ایوارڈز اور دیگر انعامات دیے گئے۔
اس موقع پر حضرت مولانا مفتی بشیر احمد قاسمی صاحب، صدر مجلس تحفظِ سنت ضلع کپواڑہ مہمانِ خصوصی تھے۔ انہوں نے اپنے خطاب میں دینی تعلیم اور قرآنِ پاک کی اہمیت پر روشنی ڈالی۔
جلسے کے اختتام پر حضرت مولانا مفتی بشیر احمد قاسمی صاحب نے دعا کی، جس کے ساتھ یہ پروقار تقریب بخیر و خوبی اختتام پذیر ہوئی۔
اس موقع پر مہتمم دارالعلوم عارفیہ تھین، پیرزادہ حافظ مشتاق احمد شاہ صاحب نے کامیابی حاصل کرنے والی طالبات کو مبارکباد پیش کی اور کہا کہ طالبات کی یہ کامیابی ان کی محنت، اساتذہ کی رہنمائی اور والدین کی دعاؤں کا نتیجہ ہے۔

4th Battalion SSB Celebrates 58th Raising Day at Mansbal
Mansbal, October 1: The 4th Battalion of the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) celebrated its 58th Raising Day on October 1, 2026, at the Battalion premises in Mansbal with great enthusiasm, dignity and discipline.
Shri Imtiaz Ismail Parray, IPS, Deputy Inspector General, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The celebrations commenced with a traditional cake-cutting ceremony by the Chief Guest.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri Parshotam Lal Sharma, Officiating Commandant of the 4th Battalion, said that the Raising Day symbolises the Battalion’s glorious history, exemplary service, discipline and unwavering commitment to the security of the nation.
Addressing the gathering, Shri Imtiaz Ismail Parray, IPS, appreciated the 58-year journey of the 4th Battalion and its significant contribution towards national security and service to the nation. He called upon all officers and personnel to continue discharging their duties with dedication, honesty, discipline and complete commitment, while remaining ever ready to serve the nation.
The Deputy Inspector General also extended his heartfelt greetings and best wishes to all officers, personnel and their family members on the occasion of the Battalion’s 58th Raising Day.
The highlight of the celebrations was a grand cultural programme in which personnel of the Battalion representing different states of India, along with their family members, presented colourful performances showcasing the country’s rich and diverse cultural heritage.
Patriotic songs, folk dances and other cultural performances captivated the guests and audience. The performances reflected the spirit of national unity, cultural diversity and patriotism. The entire Battalion premises resonated with enthusiasm and patriotic fervour, with the audience encouraging the performers with enthusiastic applause.
The celebrations concluded with a traditional “Bada Khana”, or communal feast, organised in keeping with the longstanding traditions of the Battalion. The Chief Guest, senior officers, officers and personnel of the Battalion, their family members and invited guests participated in the gathering and shared a meal together. The occasion further strengthened the bonds of goodwill, brotherhood, cooperation and camaraderie among all those present.
At the conclusion of the programme, Shri Parshotam Lal Sharma, Officiating Commandant of the 4th Battalion, along with the officers of the Battalion, expressed gratitude to Shri Imtiaz Ismail Parray for gracing the occasion. A memento was also presented to the Chief Guest on behalf of the Battalion as a token of respect and appreciation.
The 58th Raising Day celebrations concluded successfully in an atmosphere of patriotism, discipline, enthusiasm and mutual camaraderie. The occasion not only commemorated the Battalion’s 58-year journey but also reaffirmed its commitment and resolve towards continued service to the nation and the security of the country in the years ahead.
Organic Fair Held in Thayan, Kalaroos to Promote Organic Farming and Local Produce
KALAROOS: The Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Jammu and Kashmir, is organising an Organic Fair, Trade Fair and Exhibition at the Organic Farming Cluster, Thayan, Kalaroos, under the Paramparagat Krishi Vikas Yojana (PKVY).
The fair aims to promote organic farming and provide local farmers with a platform to showcase and sell their organic agricultural products and locally produced items.
Various organic agricultural products, food items, local produce and traditional products are being displayed at the fair. Farmers are also being provided with information about organic farming practices and modern agricultural techniques.
The initiative is expected to provide local farmers and people associated with the agricultural sector an opportunity to promote their products and connect with a wider market.
The fair is being organised by the Agriculture Extension Officer, Thayan, Kalaroos. Veterinary Assistant Surgeon Dr. Mavish Santosh, Kalaroos, along with the Agriculture Extension Officer, Thayan, and SDAO Lolab, were also present on the occasion.
