Charsi chicken karahi..😛 Peshawari chicken karahi..🤪
.
.
.
There was a chef in a restaurant named Khyber Charsi in Peshawar, who was also its owner, who prepared this dish. He had a desire to smoke hashish. Which is famous till today by the name of Charsi karahi.
If you are making 500gm chicken, then you have to add 4,5 tomatoes.
You can use iron kadai only, you can also use oil or ghee.. In Peshawar this dish is made in animal fat.
INGREDIENTS;
500gm - chicken
Tomatoes - 5,6
Oil - dip the chicken
Salt - to taste
Garnish - ginger Julian, split green chili
If you want to try a new dish then definitely try it once. You will get a very wonderful new flavor in it. You will definitely like it.
