Teaching children to make smart food choices is an important step towards building healthy habits for life.
Students of Grades 5 to 8 participated in an engaging Food Awareness Activity, where they learned about checking the expiry date, food labels, ingredients and nutritional content before buying food. They were also guided on how to make informed choices about what to eat and what to avoid.
The activity encouraged our young learners to become smart, aware, and responsible food buyers while developing healthy eating habits from an early age. 🌱
This meaningful activity was conducted by the Class Teachers under the valuable guidance of our respected Principal Ma’am, Ms. Zarreen Poonawala.
