यह एक चुनौतीपूर्ण केस था, जिसमें मरीज को Cataract के साथ Adherent Leucoma भी था। सर्जरी से पहले मरीज की दृष्टि केवल Hand Movements (HM) तक सीमित थी।
ऐसे जटिल केस में MICS (Micro-Incision Cataract Surgery) द्वारा मोतियाबिंद की सर्जरी की गई।
सर्जरी के बाद मरीज की Best Corrected Visual Acuity (BCVA) 6/24 रही। ❤️
इस केस का सफलतापूर्वक ऑपरेशन Dr. Manisha Mishra द्वारा किया गया।

The award was presented by Prof. S. N. Sankhwar, Director, IMS, BHU, and Prof. Puneet Gupta, Medical Superintendent, IMS, BHU, in recognition of his distinguished journey and valuable contribution to ophthalmology.

Having once been a part of the Regional Institute of Ophthalmology, BHU, this recognition carries a special significance — receiving an honour from an institution that was an important part of his own professional journey.

For decades, Dr. Rajesh Gupta has dedicated himself to providing quality eye care to patients across Purvanchal, serving generations of patients and making a meaningful contribution to the advancement of ophthalmic care in the region.

This Lifetime Achievement Award is a fitting recognition of his years of dedication, service, and commitment to patients and the profession of ophthalmology.
