The organization searches for persons with exceptional stupidity and honors them accordingly. The organization searches for persons with exceptional stupidity, who find themselves incapable in doing away with their intrinsic stupidity, and honors them accordingly. The honor is conferred upon the subject only when the 'Governing Council' of IBRC unanimously identifies three acts of stupidity committed by the subject as exceptional. The organization believes that stupidity is an extra dimensional trait pervading this whole universe and manifesting itself prominently in some special human beings selected by the almighty. We just try to make them feel special about their inherent talent. Vivek Pathak ( Z++ 0002) is Emeritus Professor of Intrinsic & Congenital Stupidity and he is mentor of upcoming stupidfolks. Recently we have instituted a chair in the name of Mr. Vivek Pathak to honor him for his services rendered to IBRC. Amit Kumar is Vivek Pathak Professor of Acquired Stupidity. He is an expert on Tabula rasa and he is also the serving Director General of KSRO. Organizational Structure
