دوران خونه موندن برای یک سری داره راحت تر و طبیعی تر میشه و برای خیلی ها هم سخت تر.. ولی بهترین کاری که میشه کرد همچنان اینه که تا جایی که امکانش هست تو خونه بمونیم و سر خودمون و توی خونه گرم نگه داریم... 🏡
به همین دلیل موته سعی خودشو داره میکنه که یک کم فعالیتهایی را که میشه از خونه انجام داد را اینجا براتون معرفی کنه.. اولین فعالیتی که دوست دارم بهتون معرفی کنیم یادگیری دف از یک معلم خیلی خوبه که دو سال پیش توی گروه شهرام ناظری دف میزد 🎶👌🏻
