At GAIA BAR , Damiano Cappellini from Caffè Concerto Paszkowski reinterpreted the spirit of .it with a drink list crafted exclusively for the occasion.

At Terrazza 241 | Rooftop in Lake Como , set the tone for a golden-hour aperitivo curated by Alberto Corvi from Casa Tobago , where great cocktails, poolside vibes, and sunset views came together perfectly.

𝐵𝑒𝓃𝒾𝒶𝓂𝒾𝓃𝑜 𝒞𝒾𝓇𝒾𝓁𝓁𝑜 from Dry Milano challenged DARE Cocktail Bar behind the bar for an evening dedicated to one of Italy’s greatest classics.

No winners. Just great Negronis.

Only the best made it behind the bar.
Then it was up to our judges to decide which stories deserved a place on the podium.
