10 years ago we released our first album, simply called “Movion”.

To mark this anniversary we’ve put together a Linktree that gathers (almost) all the reviews, articles and words that have followed us from that first record up to “Blank” and “Vertice”: a sort of distorted mirror in which we can re-read our path through other people’s ears.

Today music is asked to be seen before it is heard. At a time when the noise around it seems to speak louder than the music itself – often reduced to background sound and compressed into algorithms – taking the time to write, and to read, a real review is almost an act of resistance. Maybe that’s why scrolling through all these pages today makes us feel a little moved and a little tight in the stomach.

Dieci anni fa usciva il nostro primo disco, semplicemente “Movion”.

Per ricordare questo anniversario abbiamo raccolto in un Linktree (quasi) tutte le recensioni, gli articoli e le parole che ci hanno accompagnato da quel primo album fino a “Blank” e “Vertice”: una sorta di specchio distorto in cui rileggere il nostro percorso attraverso le orecchie degli altri.

Oggi alla musica si chiede di essere vista prima ancora di essere ascoltata. In un momento in cui il rumore intorno a essa sembra parlare più forte della musica stessa, spesso ridotta a sottofondo e compressa dentro gli algoritmi, prendersi il tempo di scrivere – e di leggere – una vera recensione è quasi un atto di resistenza. Forse anche per questo motivo scorrere oggi tutte queste pagine ci fa un po’ commuovere e un po’ stringere lo stomaco.
