Creating Calm

Not going to lie- this has been an intense few days.
This week, I’ve had the privilege of holding space for so many women carrying grief, anger, fear, memories, and rage stirred by the news cycle.

I’ve been reminded again and again how deeply our bodies remember, and how important it is to have somewhere safe to bring what gets stirred up.

As a woman myself I carry my own pain, references and triggers. Sometimes it’s hard to hold and tend simultaneously. Thank god for my people, & my own therapist.

If this week has felt heavy for you, I hope you’ll be gentle with yourself. Step away when you need to. Gather with people who make you feel safe. Let yourself be held.

And know that you are not alone.

Stay strong. Stay angry. Stay tended. And eventually, when ready, take action.

ArtSpell is a six-week online creative ritual circle for women who are craving a little more magic, meaning, creativity, and connection in their lives.

Together, we’ll move through the lunar cycle using art-making, ritual, meditation, writing, tarot, symbolism, and archetypal work as doorways into deeper self-exploration.

This isn’t about being “good” at art.
It isn’t about having all the answers.
And it definitely isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about making space to listen to the parts of you that already know.

Each gathering is a little studio, a little sacred circle, a little spell-making session.

Six weeks.
Six lunar moments.
A whole lot of making, noticing, feeling, wondering, and becoming.
