The “Project Specifications Book” we designed for the Solaria villa project in Comazzo, Italy.

From the cover visuals to the overall layout system, we created a unified design language that allows technical information to be presented with a clearer structure and a more refined visual quality.

We also produced a presentation animation for the book, using motion to showcase the design details and giving the static material a stronger visual impact in communication.

On the tranquil shores of Lake Como, we collaborated with to create the complete brand identity for the lakeside residential project San Lorenzo.

The design was inspired by the surrounding mountains and the silhouettes of architectural rooftops along the lake. By deconstructing and reconstructing the initials S and L, we combined flowing curves with structural lines to express a restrained yet poetic balance between nature and human presence.

At Lake Como, this is more than a residence — it is a slower, more relaxed way of living, in harmony with nature.
