from the 'major' comps to 'opens', every competition should be seen as a 'data collection' regardless of the results, there's always something to improve or learn from. this competition specifically was how do i remain calm during stressful situations or litte adversities, 1 week and 4 days before this comp i injured my knee during sparring, unable to walk/train properly for a few days i had two options: don't compete or see how far i can go with my recovery by staying in the present moment and do everything that i could to be ready for the weekend, simple as that... with the medal i have on my neck in the picture above u know which option i choosed.

2 subs (1 in my division finals and 1 in the open weight quarter-finals), and was stopped in the open weight semi-finals by referee decision. the 14/15 years old version of myself that started this sport a while ago would be very proud, thanks to everyone who's with me on this, we are figuring it out and can't wait to fight again.

gold in my division (-88kg) and bronze in the open weight class at the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation london spring open '26, 4 fights in total, 2 won by submission,1 by points (with one tight sub attempt) and 1 loss in the open weight semi-finals by referee decision. from dealing with an injury early this week to show up, fight and do my best! thank u to my coaches and teammates from The Gauntlet Fight Academy and the Fightzone London 11 am crew, onto the next can’t wait to fight again.

what a weekend, was my first gold medal at brown belt and first time fighting in paris, not long ago that i was promoted and made a plan right away to test/challenge myself every month in order to get enough info of what needs to be worked on, still got a LOT to improve. grateful to every opportunity that crossed my path and thank u to everyone who’s with me on this, we are slowly figuring out. 🏁

got the gold in the open weight division and silver in my weight class (-88kg) at the 'International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation paris spring open', lost in my weight class finals by 2 points then went to the absolute and came out with the gold! thank you to my family, coaches and teammates from, and the 11 am fzn crew. 3 months as a brown belt and enjoying the process every single second, onto the next.

2nd place in my weight class and 3rd place in the open weight division at 'International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation milan open', came up short on my division's finals, went to the absolute and got the win in the quarter finals against the super-heavy weight champ, slowly climbing the ladder… can't wait to compete again, onto the next. 🇦🇴
