Over time we accumulated traces: drawings, photographs, materials, notes. Some of them still articulate our design language, while others have fallen silent. But each one, in its own way, has its place. This isn’t a story – there’s no order, no linear progression. What we have left is a succession of actions, or gestures. Someone once said that DWA lies in the interstices between those actions. And maybe that’s right.
The editorial graphic design by Milan-based LaTigre studio, founded by Luisa Milani and Walter Molteni, translates this complexity into a multi-layered editorial object.

Perhaps it began on an unremarkable day in 2005.
Or perhaps beginnings are always reconstructed after the fact.
And today, indistinguishable from that day, becomes the moment of recollection.
