Private Villa Refurbishment

This refurbishment reimagines a private villa in Dubai through a careful balance of spatial clarity, material integrity, natural light, and landscape integration. Warm natural materials, bespoke furniture, custom-designed elements, and curated artworks create a refined and highly personal living environment.

Generous glazing, landscaped courtyards, and shaded outdoor spaces blur the boundaries between inside and outside, while integrated architectural lighting enhances the atmosphere and highlights the character of the interiors.
