My to-do list used to live in three places.
Notes app. Client DMs. My own head at 11pm, remembering an invoice from February.
None of them talked to each other and I never actually kept up.
So I built one Master Task database in Notion. Every project, every client, every deadline, in one place. Then I connected it to Claude.

Now Claude reads it every morning and tells me what’s due, what’s blocked, and what can wait. I follow the order. At the end of the day, it closes the loop — nothing carries over that shouldn’t.

If you’re just starting with AI and building a photography business, here are 5 simple ways to use Claude or ChatGPT to save time, and make your work look more professional. None of this is advanced. That’s the point.

🎉 Writing copy for your portfolio website Give it context first: what you’re building, what you want to say, and who it’s for. This helped me a lot with my own site. One warning, fully AI-written copy is easy to spot. Take what it gives you and make it sound like you. It should always feel human.

🎉 Reviewing your pitch and follow-up emails Write from scratch, or make what you already have shorter and sharper. Always say who it’s for and ask it to adapt to that brand. That’s the part most people skip.

🎉 Structuring your documents and presentations If you like writing, you don’t need AI to write for you. But it’s great for structure — proposals, mood boards, presentations. Give it context, then ask what’s missing and what to change.

🎉 Building your client database (Claude only) Claude connects to your Notion. Build it once, then just say “update this client” and it’s done. No more doing it manually.

🎉 Organising your projects in Notion A master page, one department per area — marketing, sales, finance. Set your deadlines, then every morning ask Claude for a daily overview. Because let’s be honest — the to-do list feels never ending.

These are basic things. But they save real time, and you feel more organised right away.

Let’s talk Claude. For your business. Not images.
I am talking about AI that runs the boring part of your business. The emails, the quotations, the invoices you forgot to chase, the to do list that never ends.

I moved from ChatGPT to Claude in January. Since then I have set up the whole system for FOODlight Studio with it, and for the new business I am building. In one day I created a services presentation, three quotations, a contract, and a 50 page document template.

A mix of June / July, how my last month have looked like.

👉 branding photography for 15 people in 1 day 🤪 was helping with the posing and styling. Such a great energy and people we photographed.

👉 Shoot at my clients office - images and videos for their new website. of course, bringing home lots of chocolate 🥰

👉 when i’m not traveling, im working from home. Yes it’s hot so i’m doing around 6 working hours daily. The rest lying and sleeping with my cat 😅

👉 I’ve been in Germany, staying at my client for 1,5 weeks, I love going there. It’s intense, yet it feels like a retreat. Doing lots of walk in the nature.

👉 started working with .alexandrahaller, supporting her with building her online business. So grateful for this new collaboration! We also did some filming of her workshop in the garden 🪴

👉 Built and launched the entire new business (website, offer, freebie, funnels) for .academy_mentoring, such a wonderful project and i’m so grateful i’m supporting them developing everything.

👉 spent a working weekend at Salzburg, Austria to work on the .academy_mentoring , we developed the concept of the project

👉 all this while also developing my new business in the online world, soon about that.

👉 and, last images of my changed look 🥰 I continue to focus on myself, upgrading my systems, wardrobe (getting my dream suite 🥰), food and cosmetics i’m using.

So much happened in the last month only, so grateful 🙏

The longer I sit with this decision, the more sure I am.

I am closing the Members’ Club by the end of this year.

At the beginning of January, I sat down with my members for our yearly goal setting session. My only plan was to focus on myself. I don’t have any business goals this year. I am just going to focus on upgrading my vibration. Becoming my best version of myself. 

And me today is the result of that. Closing 6 years food photography teaching chapter. I feel happy, relaxed, moving with the flow. I stopped pushing where things didn’t move with ease. Where things felt harder than they were supposed to be. And everything started to fall into place.

A few weeks ago I joined Seema Rose’s retreat, and it was the last food photography event I attended. It felt like a beautiful way to close a chapter.

After this year, the Members’ Club will no longer be available in the form it is now. I am taking a pause from teaching food photography. I will however continue working with my food photography clients.

I am a completely different person than I was last 6 years. I went through lots of storms this year, and it shaped me a lot. I am closing what’s not aligned with me anymore. 

The Members’ Club  (as it is right now) will definitely stop by the end of 2026, and maybe it will take a new form. I simply don’t know yet, and I am giving myself permission to not know. 

What I do know is that I want to give my current students the time and space to finish what they started. To build their businesses. To use every single resource inside the Club while it is still open.
