Today was Legs & Shoulders Day. Can very brutal when you on 12 hrs of intermittent fasting. I push through and survive.
Getting to close to goal of 215. It’s been up and down journey but I am getting there. Coming from 226-230 lbs, older and lighter is also the goal. After 215 lbs the next goal is 210 lbs.

Finally back on track. 51 is loading. With all the all injuries I am pushing through. Closer to my goal. Moving from 230-222. The goal is 215 or 210. Consistency is key.
