Our Vietnamese style spring rolls! A crunchy blistered shell of rice paper out side filled with shrimp, wood ear mushrooms, carrots and chicken , served with “nuoc cham”( a balanced Vietnamese vinaigrette/ sauce ) . It also comes with fresh lettuce leaves and mint meant to wrap the spring rolls and dip it for a “must try “ bar bite that is filled with texture, packed with flavor and deep with culture
