Hiring: Oracle ERP Functional Consultant (SCM & EAM Assessment) – (Part-Time)

We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Functional Consultant to support a strategic assessment of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2.10, focusing on SCM & EAM modules.

📍Location: 20–30% Oman (On-site) / 70–80% Offshore
⏳Duration: 8 weeks (Part-time)

🔹 Role Overview
The consultant will assess current system usage, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and develop a strategic optimization roadmap following a recent system upgrade.

🔹 Key Focus Areas
• SCM & EAM process and system assessment
• Gap analysis and optimization opportunities
• Evaluation of Oracle EBS 12.2.10 new features
• Development of Quick Wins & long-term roadmap
• Value vs. effort prioritization
• Stakeholder workshops and reporting

🔹 Requirements
• Strong experience with Oracle EBS (12.2.x preferred) (Very Important)
• Solid knowledge of SCM, inventory, maintenance, and asset management (Very Important)
• Experience in ERP functional analysis and process optimization (Very Important)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (Very Important)
