WE PRAY
My Lord and Master, may I be found faithful and prudent when You come. Grant me the grace of daily vigilance, so that I may find joy and true satisfaction in obedience to You.

Jesus, I trust in You.

Teach me your paths, my God,
guide me in your truth.
AMEN

Lord of mercy, grant me the wisdom to correct with love and the humility to receive correction with grace. May truth always be spoken with charity, building up Your Church.

Jesus, I trust in You.

*Eat mostly real food*: build plates around veggies, protein, and whole carbs, not ultra-processed snacks.
*Hydrate + move*: water with every meal, and don't forget fiber to keep your gut happy.
*Consistency over perfection*: 80% good choices beat 100% strict diets that you quit in a week.

O God, who raised up Saint Ignatius of Loyola in your Church
to further the greater glory of your name,
grant that by his help we may imitate him
in fighting the good fight on earth
and merit to receive with him a crown in heaven.
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
God, for ever and ever.
—Amen.

st Ignitius of Loyola pray for us

Father,
may everything we do
begin with your inspiration
and continue with your saving help.
Let our work always find its origin in you
and through you reach completion.
We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
God, for ever and ever.
—Amen.
