LET US TALK BLOOD GROUP COMPATIBILITY:

If the mother is Rhesus positive (A+, B+, AB+ or O+), there are no medical concerns that might affect pregnancy whether or not the father is a negative or positive.

However, if the mother is Rhesus negative (A-,B-, AB- or O-) and the father is a Rhesus positive (A+, B+, AB+ or O+), the mother's immune system will attack the baby's blood cells if the baby is Rhesus positive. This can cause miscarriages.

💡🤔SHOULD WE BREAK UP CAUSE SHE'S A -VE AND I'M A +VE?

No. First thing to do is to confirm your blood group. if she is a -ve and you are a +ve, you can still have a successful healthy pregnancy. In such cases, the mother receives routine Rh Immune globulin commonly called anti-D immune globulin around week 28 of pregnancy and within 72hrs after birth to protect all future pregnancies.
