To everyone who supported, encouraged, and believed in this initiative — thank you. 💚✨

Your time, presence, resources, and commitment helped make our empowerment session at St. Joseph Tigithi Boys possible. Together, we created a safe space for young people to learn, ask questions, build confidence, and envision brighter futures.

We are deeply grateful to every partner, facilitator, and supporter who continues to walk this journey with us.

Together, we rise. Together, we empower.

We are grateful to Drawing Dreams Initiative 🇰🇪 (DDI) for being part of this meaningful engagement at St. Joseph Tigithi Boys, where they played an important role in creating awareness around adolescent health, personal hygiene and sexual and reproductive health.

Their work goes beyond awareness. Drawing Dreams Initiative continues to invest in underserved young people and communities through menstrual health and hygiene education, sexual and reproductive health awareness, youth development and community-led empowerment.

We sincerely appreciate Drawing Dreams Initiative for partnering with us and for the incredible work they continue to do in the community. Your commitment to equipping young people with knowledge, confidence and the tools to make informed decisions is truly making a difference.

When we come together, we create stronger, healthier and more empowered communities. 🧡

Empowering young minds, one conversation at a time. 🎓✨

We were honoured to have Dr. Samuel Njoroge spend time with the students of Tigithi Boys, engaging them on career pathways and the possibilities that lie ahead.

Beyond sharing valuable insights, Dr. Samuel opened up about his own journey—the experiences, choices, lessons and challenges that shaped the path he has walked. His willingness to share his story made the conversation relatable and reminded the boys that success is not always a straight path, but one built through purpose, perseverance and intentional choices.

A heartfelt thank you, Dr. Samuel, for giving your time, sharing your experience and speaking to these young men with such openness and purpose. Your words may have been shared in one conversation, but their impact can stay with these boys for years to come. 🙏🏽

The right guidance, shared at the right time, can change the way a young person sees their future. 🌟

Sometimes, the conversations young men need most are the ones we don’t have often enough.

At Tigithi Boys, Emmanuel Kandasat down with the boys for an honest conversation about drug and substance abuse, peer pressure, and the choices that shape who we become.

Because growing into a young man comes with choices — who you listen to, who you walk with, what you say yes to, and what you have the courage to walk away from.

At Inner Rise, we believe that creating space for these conversations is part of raising a generation that knows its worth, thinks for itself, and understands that one decision can change the direction of a life.

The future is being shaped in these conversations. 💙

Great initiatives begin with great partnerships. 💚💛

We are deeply grateful to the management of Tigithi Boys for welcoming the Inner Rise Circle with such warmth and opening their doors to conversations that matter.

Their willingness to engage, listen and support this initiative made it possible for us to connect with the boys in a meaningful way.

From the warm welcome to the conversations we shared, every moment reflected respect, collaboration and a shared commitment to the growth and wellbeing of our young men.

We believe that empowering the boy child is not something we can do alone. It takes schools, families, mentors, communities and people willing to show up.

To the management of Tigithi Boys, thank you for partnering with us and for giving us the opportunity to pour into the next generation. 💚

Behind every young man is a story being written. 💚💛

A story shaped by his experiences, his choices, the people around him—and the opportunities he is given.

Over the weekend, the Inner Rise Circle had the privilege of spending time with the young men of Tigithi Boys, sharing a day of connection, honest conversations, laughter and empowerment.

We spoke about the things that can shape their journey—mental health, substance abuse, social media, positive attitudes, career choices and recognising harmful influences.

But more than anything, we wanted them to know this:

You matter. Your voice matters. Your choices matter. And your future is worth protecting.

These faces remind us that mentorship is not simply about giving advice. It is about showing up, listening, creating safe spaces and helping young people see possibilities they may not yet see for themselves.

Because behind every young man is a story being written—and we all have a role to play in helping make that story a powerful one. 💚💛

Together, we rise.

What an inspiring day at the Absa Women: The Influence Code event! ✨

Our founder at Inner Rise was honoured to be part of a powerful conversation on how women can connect, lead and thrive. 🤝🌸

A reminder that influence is not just about being heard—it’s about building meaningful connections, leading with purpose and creating space for others to rise too.

Here’s to more women owning their voice, embracing their influence and thriving unapologetically. 💫

✨ Our Stories Matter.

On Saturday, it was an honour for our founder at Inner Rise Circle to be invited to speak at an event hosted by Absa Bank Kenya , centred around the powerful message that our stories matter.

It was a beautiful reminder of why we do what we do at Inner Rise — Empower. Restore. Rise Together.

Through meaningful conversations and shared experiences, we create spaces where stories can be heard, voices can be valued, and women can find strength in one another.

We are grateful for the opportunity to share, connect, and be part of such a meaningful conversation.

Because every story matters. And together, we rise. 🌱
