Villa 5 is on the ground floor where you will have easy access to the pool and beach enjoy unsurpassed views of the crystal clear turquoise Caribbean Sea and the pristine white sand of World Famous Seven Mile Beach.

The villa is decorated with warm woods and has accents of blues throughout to give it that luxurious modern look and feel with Caribbean appeal. There are three tastefully furnished bedrooms and each has its own en-suite bathroom.
The spacious open floor plan allows you to enjoy ocean front splendor, even from the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Just imagine, you can enjoy the beauty of the Caribbean Sea as you prepare a marvelous meal.

“A slice of heaven on 7MB!
The Renaissance was a perfect stay for our family of 5 (kids age 9, 12, 15). Hotels can often get cramped with three kids, and having a kitchen and laundry made our stay less stressful and more relaxing! The unit was amazing- a screened balcony patio overlooking the ocean (where we could eat meals and watch the sunsets), lots of bathroom and bedroom space, and a modern kitchen that was equipped with all of the essentials. There is security on site and we always felt comfortable and safe. I used the fitness room every day: there are a couple of treadmills, bikes, ellipticals and weights. The inifinity pool was gorgeous and a great place to cool off when the sand wasn’t your thing. The beach- best beach we’ve visited. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas, and the beach at the Renaissance was perfect. Our kids loved paddleboarding and kayaking from this area of 7MB as it was clear water, soft sand and perfect for seeing a few fish and turtles. Lastly, the staff was amazing- from Wendy and Georgette, to housekeeping and security- everyone was so helpful and friendly. We are already trying to determine when our next trip back will be- we can’t wait!”
