Periwinkle

Periwinkle is a truly green,
LEED certified community,
designed with sustainibility
in mind all the way through
the smallest details. Solar
powered homes, street and
dock lighting, gas appliances,
locally-sourced landscaping
and natural surroundings, biweekly
local products delivery
through a one-of-a-kind farm to-
table program; are some of
the well-thought assets that
Periwinkle’s owners can enjoy.
