SPHERE Building Tomorrow is a local humanitarian non-profit organization established in 2018.
We ensure a better tomorrow at the community and the individual level by developing and encouraging our population to be engaged in needed labor activities that provide them with tactile, much needs skills and offer solutions to local community needs With intention of alleviating livelihood and social stability for those in need by enhancing employability, providing educational opportunities and enlivening local neighborhoods and communities. We operate on a national level, across Lebanon, to empower communities and individuals to build a brighter future and have been actively engaged

Beyond providing daily meals, SBT community kitchens helped reduce food-related stress and financial pressure among internally displaced households.
60% of respondents reported reduced food-related stress through the hot meal assistance.

Hot meal assistance played an important role in reducing food insecurity among internally displaced households in South Lebanon.
63.3% of respondents reported reduced food insecurity as a result of the support provided through SBT community kitchens.

بيان توضيحي من جمعية سفير لبناء الغد
تعلن جمعية سفير لبناء الغد أنها باشرت، منذ تاريخ 5 آذار 2026، بتنفيذ مبادرة إنتاج وجبات ساخنة يومية من خلال المطبخ المجتمعي في بلدة بعاصير – إقليم الخروب / الشوف الأدنى، وذلك في إطار الاستجابة الإنسانية لحالة الطوارئ الراهنة.
وتؤكد المؤسسة أنها تقوم يومياً بإنتاج وتوزيع ما بين 1000 و1250 وجبة ساخنة، تستهدف النازحين والأسر الأكثر حاجة في مراكز الإيواء في بعاصير، داريا، والبرجين، وذلك وفق معايير إنسانية وآليات تنسيق معتمدة مع الجهات الرسمية والمحلية.
كما بلغ إجمالي عدد الوجبات الساخنة الموزعة حتى تاريخ 16 نيسان 2026 نحو 53,500 وجبة، تم تنفيذها بدعم وشراكة مع الجهات المعنية، وبالتنسيق مع وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والسلطات المحلية.

تواصل مطابخنا المجتمعية في جمعية "SPHERE "في صيدا، وبلدة بعاصير في اقليم الخروب، ومدينة صور جهودها اليومية في تحضير وتوزيع الوجبات الساخنة على مراكز الإيواء، ضمن استجابة إنسانية تهدف إلى دعم العائلات وتأمين احتياجاتها الأساسية بكرامة واحترام
في بعاصير، وبالتعاون مع جمعية بعاصير الخيرية، مؤسسة فرح الاجتماعية، وAdvanced Rent A Car، يتم توزيع نحو 1000 وجبة ساخنة يوميًا لتشمل عددًا من مراكز الإيواء، منها المدارس الرسمية، المراكز المجتمعية، ودور العبادةوفي صيدا، يجري توزيع حوالي 2500 وجبة ساخنة يوميًا، لتصل إلى مراكز إيواء رئيسية، بما فيها المدارس الرسمية والجامعة اللبنانيةأما في صور، وبالتعاون مع اتحاد بلديات صور – إدارة الكوارث، فيتم توزيع 500 وجبة ساخنة يوميًا على مختلف مراكز الإيواء في المنطقةنعمل معًا بروح الشراكة والتكامل لضمان استمرارية الخدمة، ووصول الوجبات بشكل منتظم وآمن إلى المستفيدين .

Integrity and safety are at the core of effective humanitarian action. These images reflect a series of training sessions delivered between August 2025 and January 2026, engaging both workers and volunteers across our food security interventions. Covering key topics such as PSEAH (Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse), Psychological First Aid (PFA), conflict sensitivity and resolution, and Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), these sessions reinforce our commitment to delivering aid with dignity, responsibility, and respect. This essential capacity-strengthening effort was made possible through the support of the Lebanon Humanitarian Fund (LHF).
توثق هذه الصور سلسلة من الجلسات التدريبية التي نُفذت بين آب 2025 وكانون الثاني 2026، واستهدفت العاملين والمتطوعين ضمن تدخلات الأمن الغذائي. وقد تناولت هذه الجلسات مواضيع أساسية مثل الحماية من الاستغلال والانتهاك الجنسيين، والإسعافات النفسية الأولية، وحساسية النزاع وحل النزاعات، والدعم النفسي والاجتماعي، بما يعزز التزامنا بتقديم المساعدات بكرامة ومسؤولية واحترام. وقد أُتيح هذا الجهد لبناء القدرات بفضل دعم الصندوق الإنساني للبنان (LHF).

From the frontlines, the Chef at the Tyre Community Kitchen shares the dedication that goes into preparing every meal for those in need. By covering every aspect of this mission, from food preparation to field oversight, this intervention demonstrates our commitment to resilient and reliable aid, all made possible through the essential funding of the Lebanon Humanitarian Fund (LHF).
يُسلط هذا الفيديو الضوء على الجهود الشاملة لمشروعنا الخاص بالأمن الغذائي بين آب ٢٠٢٥ وكانون الثاني ٢٠٢٦، مستعرضاً الرحلة الكاملة من التنسيق الاستراتيجي وصولاً إلى قلب المطبخ المجتمعي. بالتنسيق مع مدير وحدة إدارة الكوارث في صور، نستعرض الدور الحيوي للمشروع في المنطقة، بينما تقدم مسؤولة الأمن الغذائي رؤية حول المعايير التقنية التي تضمن أن يكون كل تدخل آمناً وكريماً وخاضعاً للمساءلة. ومن الخطوط الأمامية، يشارك شيف المطبخ المجتمعي في صور التفاني الذي يوضع في إعداد كل وجبة للمحتاجين. ومن خلال تغطية كافة جوانب هذه المهمة، من تحضير الطعام إلى الإشراف الميداني، يؤكد هذا التدخل التزامنا بتقديم مساعدات مرنة وموثوقة، كل ذلك بفضل التمويل الأساسي من صندوق الإنساني للبنان (LHF).
