Over the past eight years VIVAD has grown to be one of the leading large scale OOH media companies in Lebanon. Boasting some of the most mature high impact inventory, our roster has both history and innovation with ownership of legacy boards, through to the latest and greatest in high tech digital spectaculars – capable of live streaming, RSS feeds and so much more! Pairing our strategically selected wallscape locations, digital boards and experiential media placements with our ability to incorporate new technologies into these OOH media platforms. We build to the highest quality standards, involve leading architects and ensure that our products are in keeping with the environment in which they are placed. Each Leasing Representative works in collaboration with landowners and property managers to review the municipal by-laws in each area and to ensure the most appropriate media product and installation is selected to fit the property size and location. Customer Service is one of our core company values; this is evident in every aspect of our business. In keeping with that core value, VIVAD is developing (launch in April 2013) an automated, all-encompassing software solution that pushes work orders and installation information out to our field technicians. Installers are equipped with smartphones to complete the posting process and, in an instant, provide VIVAD's Operations Department with information about our signs and our clients with details about each advertising campaign. We are also devolping one of the most advanced online / offline solution under www.vivad.net (launch Mid 2014) where our clients can book and see their panels online.
