Part of my consultancy work is helping founders structure their marketing function:
- Who to hire first
- What to keep freelance
- How to brief so work doesn't need constant hand-holding.

# teambuilding

Week 1: who is this really for?
Week 2: what’s the one thing you want to be known for?
Week 3: build the minimum viable brand system.
Week 4: launch small, learn fast, adjust.

The brands that survive aren’t the ones with the biggest budget. They’re the ones with the clearest “no.”

Every brand I’ve worked with thought their problem was visibility.
Most of the time, it was clarity.

Before I touch a single post or campaign, I ask: who are you actually for, and why should they care?

That’s consultancy. Not content for content’s sake.
