My father, known to be a collector of antiques; has always insisted on transferring to my brother and I the old Lebanese habits and traditions. Not only through stories and fieldtrips but also through authentic tools used by previous generations. As I aged, my curiosity grew strong for old coffee equipment and I developed an intense passion for coffee making. Deeply attached to my origins, I decided to spread this experience to you throughout a platform: a revisited Coffee Shop, in a way that fits my and your modern lifestyle. As simple as it can get, we serve a small variety of fresh salads, specialty sandwiches and mouthwatering desserts, and well, off course a large variety of COFFEE mixes! At Bun, we offer you the chance to gather, work, socialize, meet up and get inspired by the mix of old and new; antique and modern tools reflecting on our traditional and newly acquired habits.
