Beirut Workshops

Do you feel like you need a break and take some time to reconnect with yourself?
Do you feel you want to move away from all the noise surrounding you and just slow-down your pace and breathe life into your lungs?
We invite you on this wonderful escape to the Shouf cedars forest where you can reconnect with nature, with yourself, and with like-minded people.
- You will start your journey with Pranayama yoga practice (Breathing excercises)
- It will be followed by a hands-on introductory course in photography composition to make the best of your photography day
- Followed by a teaching about the healing approach theough photography
-We will then start the hjike in the forest where you can have time for yourself, see what surrounds you with a new eye and maybe make a new friend(s)
- We will gather then for a friendship circle to share our experience of the day and show some of the photos you made and what they meant to you (optional)
- We will close the circle with a beautiful wish and then go to our bus to head back to Beirut
What you need:
1- Comfortable clothes (keep something warm at hand, it might feel cold in the forest shades)
2- Comfortable shoes for walking in the forest (no need for technical shoes, it is a simple hike on a forest trail)
3- Your camera or phone camera 4- Your day supply of water and food in your small backpack
5- your good mood

CAMERA? A Digital camera that can be set on Manual. Once you register, we can assit you in choosing the right camera for your needs

DURATION? 4 Weeks per level- We then move-on to higher levels

PRIVATE SESSIONS? We offer private one to one sessions as well as small groups workshops. Contact us if you have special requests.
