It is qualified by the country's Council for Development and Reconstruction as well as the Ministry of Public Works and Transport. Raymond Wehbe founded the company back in 1970. Currently, Mr. George Wehbe operates as CEO. Our integrity, precision and punctuality are what shaped our identity. And over the years, our identity kept is what us moving forward. Ever since its initiation, WCO has been undertaking both public and private infrastructure projects. It has established multidiplinary areas of expertise and specializes in the design and the execution of roads, bridges, and buildings. WCO has also been active in the real-estate development scene in the region. With the ambition to promote quality residential buildings and lifestyles, it has recently extended its endeavors internationally. In an effort to find prime and optimal locations, WCO chose to pursue opportunities in the up-and-coming Larnaca, Cyprus.
