With an existing foundation as its canvas, BLDesigns was entrusted to transform this space into the ideal home for a driven young man with a profound love for nature and tranquility. The design brief was simple yet purposeful: embrace earthy tones and infuse a touch of modernism. The result? Villa Miah—a serene retreat that seamlessly blends contemporary design with the soothing essence of nature.

Dreaming of island life? This stunning 3-bedroom family home boasts breathtaking sea and Piton views, beautifully incorporating local stone for a touch of natural elegance.

Reflecting on the journey since the 2019 design competition, where my vision for a new community library didn't clinch the win. Grateful for the experience, as it fueled determination. Exciting to share that the dream lives on - library connects seamlessly to an existing building, complete with a rooftop terrace for community bonding and breathtaking views. 📚✨

Positioned on the Canaries to highway Cacoa St.Lucie is nestled amidst stunning hills and overlooking the sea, this two-level chocolate factory features a contemporary design offering breathtaking views. The ground level houses the production area, show room and a classroom, while the upper level showcases an observation deck for visitors to indulge in chocolate delights and world class meals while enjoying the scenic beauty. The factory's minimalist aesthetic, natural materials, and soft lighting create a harmonious blend between the art of chocolate-making and the captivating surroundings.
