No matter how much you’re hurting, be careful about who you tell your story to. Not everyone who listens genuinely cares about you. Some people just want the tea 🫖and once they have it, they may turn around and gossip about your pain, repeat your private business, or use your vulnerable moments as entertainment.

You don’t have to tell everybody what you’re going through. Protect your privacy. Choose people who have earned your trust, and if you need guidance or support, speak to someone who can genuinely help you.

And sometimes, you don’t need to explain yourself to anyone at all. Take it to Jesus. 😇🙏🏽

⚠️PSYCHOLOGICAL CRISIS⚠️

This man appears to be experiencing a very visible emotional crisis on social media. From what he said, he appears to work as a security guard, and he claims that he spent 13 years incarcerated in the United States before being deported to Saint Lucia 🇱🇨. It has also been reported that he has been living in Saint Lucia since 2022.

Whatever the circumstances behind his situation, returning to a small island after many years in the United States, particularly after a lengthy period of incarceration, could involve significant emotional, social and psychological challenges. Adjusting to a completely different environment, rebuilding a life, dealing with past experiences and finding a sense of belonging can be extremely difficult.

His statements about hurting people are particularly concerning. We should not attempt to diagnose him from a social-media video, but statements like these should be taken seriously and assessed by the appropriate authorities and mental-health professionals.

Sometimes what looks like anger, aggression or a public rant can also be a person signalling that they are overwhelmed and struggling to cope.

This is bigger than social-media entertainment. If this man is genuinely in crisis, I hope the necessary authorities intervene appropriately, ensure that everyone remains safe, and connect him with the support he may need.

A responsible call to action: If you know who this person is or have credible information about where he may be, please report the concerning statements to the appropriate authorities rather than confronting him, provoking him, or simply circulating the video for entertainment. If there appears to be an immediate threat to someone’s safety, contact emergency services. Let trained professionals assess the situation and determine the appropriate response.

We should also be mindful about sharing unverified claims about his past or personal circumstances. A person in distress still deserves dignity, even when their behavior is concerning.

Let’s take the warning signs seriously, act responsibly, and try to get this situation addressed before we are left saying, “Rest in peace.” 🇱🇨

THE TRAGIC DEATH OF MERISSA “RISSA” AUGUSTE 💔

The autopsy on 22 year old Merissa “Rissa” Auguste has determined that she died as a result of strangulation.

Two individuals are currently in police custody, but no charges have been laid at this time.

This was a horrific way for a young life to end. Her two young toddlers are now left to grow up without their mother.

May the truth come to light and may justice be served for Rissa.
