We maintain a base of Sri Lankan Seafarers who are competent and adequately qualified to serve in their specific Ranks, registered with us. Sri Lankan Seafarers are very well known to be very adoptive and disciplined while serving on board with mixed nationalities. All crew members are conversant in English as it is one of the Official languages in Sri Lanka. Furthermore, the Ship owners could also benefit from the comparatively very attractive Manning costs of Sri Lankan Seafarers on board their vessels. Licensing and Documentation

We are also authorised to apply for Flag State Licensing on behalf of Ship Owners. Additionally, we arrange for necessary Training Courses and STCW documentation including Crew Medicals with approved medical practitioners to ensure that all recruited crew personnel are updated with all such requirements and physically fit for on board duties. All of our Officers and Crew Ranks are carefully selected to meet the specific requirements of owners and vessel types. Extensive interviews and testing techniques are carried out to ensure the ship owners will have competent, highly trained, and reliable ship personnel. Our recruitment process includes:
