As part of this commitment, we recently conducted a Payroll & Compliance Awareness Program, bringing together 35+ participants representing 22 partner factories across T1 and T2.

The session focused on strengthening awareness and understanding of key payroll and compliance practices, supporting our vendor partners with knowledge that contributes to responsible and sustainable operations.

Together, we continue to learn, strengthen partnerships, and grow responsibly.

To commemorate the International Day for the Conservation of the Mangrove Ecosystem, our Insight Trail – Inspiring the Next Generation initiative recently brought together 100 young pioneers from Puttalam District schools for an immersive awareness session at the Mangrove Museum, Chilaw—held in collaboration with the Central Environmental Authority – Northwestern Province.

Moving beyond the classroom, students experienced hands-on learning, supported local clean-up drives, and joined mangrove restoration efforts across Chilaw and Trincomalee to protect our coastlines and drive climate action.

It was a privilege to host a special PDS Leadership Meet & Greet at Norlanka, welcoming key leaders who continue to shape our global vision and growth.

Our team had the opportunity to connect directly with Mr. Pallak Seth (Executive Vice Chairman), Mr. Sanjay Jain (Group Chief Executive Officer), and Mr. Richard Donne (SVP, Growth and Partnerships).

The visit featured insightful sessions where Mr. Pallak Seth and Mr. Sanjay Jain shared valuable perspectives with our team. To make the day even more memorable, the Norlanka family came together for a special cake-cutting ceremony to celebrate the birthdays of Mr. Seth and Mr. Jain, concluding with a small token of appreciation for their continuous guidance.

Moments like these reinforce our strong culture, align our shared goals, and remind us of the collaborative spirit driving our global journey forward.
