Sumithrayo

Confidential Emotional Support to people experiencing feelings of distress, despair and suicidal The Sumithrayo remain non-sectarian and non political.

You can talk to Sumithrayo at any time on any day between 9.00am and 8.00pm

There are lots of different reasons why someone might want to talk to Sumithrayo. Some of the common reasons to contact us include:

• Relationship and family problems
• Loss, including loss of a job, a friend or a family member through bereavement
• Financial worries
• Job-related stress or overwork
• College or study related stress
• Body image issues

Volunteers offer support by responding to phone calls, emails and letters. Alternatively, you can drop in to a branch to have a face to face meeting. Service provided at the centre is FREE OF CHARGE.
