𝔼𝕔𝕠 𝔼𝕒𝕣𝕥𝕙 ℂ𝕠𝕞𝕡𝕣𝕖𝕤𝕤𝕖𝕕 𝔹𝕣𝕚𝕔𝕜 භාවිතයෙන් නිර්මාණය කළ උණුසුම් දේශගුණයට ගැළපෙන පරිසර හිතකාමී නිවෙසක් ,,,

මෙම නිවෙස සැලසුම් කර ඇත්තේ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ උණුසුම් නිවර්තන දේශගුණයට ගැළපෙන ලෙස Eco Earth Compressed Bricks (CEB) භාවිතය මූලික කරගෙනය.
යාන්ත්‍රික සිසිලන පද්ධති මත පමණක් රඳා නොසිට, ස්වභාවික වාතාශ්‍රය, නිසි දිශානතිය, සෙවන සහ ස්වභාවික ගොඩනැගිලි ද්‍රව්‍ය ඒකාබද්ධ කරමින් වඩාත් සුවපහසු හා තිරසාර ජීවන පරිසරයක් නිර්මාණය කිරීම මෙහි අරමුණ විය.

මෙම ගොඩනැගිලි ද්‍රව්‍යයේ ප්‍රධාන වාසි අතර,

This residence was designed using Eco Compressed Earth Bricks (CEB) to create a home that responds naturally to Sri Lanka's tropical climate.
Rather than depending entirely on artificial cooling, the design combines passive architectural strategies with natural materials to achieve comfort, sustainability and timeless beauty.
Why Eco Compressed Earth Bricks?

☀️ උණුසුම් දේශගුණයකට සහ අතේ ඇති මුදලට ගැළපෙන 🅲🅐🅱🅐🅽🅐, 🅒🅷🅐🅻🅔🆃 එකක් නිර්මාණය කරන්නේ කොහොමද?

එන්න අපි අද ඒ පිලිබද කතා කරමු,,,,

ලස්සන Cabana එකක් කියන්නේ පෙනුම විතරක් නෙවෙයි. දවස පුරාම ස්වභාවිකව සිසිල්, සුවපහසු සහ විවේකී පරිසරයක් ලබා දෙන එක තමයි හොඳම නිර්මාණය.

🌿 මූලික සැලසුම් ක්‍රම

✔️ දැඩි දහවල් අව්ව අවම වන ලෙස ගොඩනැගිල්ල නිවැරදි දිශානතියට යොමු කිරීම.
✔️ හොඳ Cross Ventilation (දෙපසින් හුළං ගලා යාම) සැලසීම.
✔️ ප්‍රමාණවත් Roof Overhangs (Eaves) භාවිතයෙන් බිත්ති හා ජනෙල්වලට සෙවන ලබා දීම.
✔️ Veranda, Deck වැනි සෙවන සහිත විවෘත අවකාශ සැලසුම් කිරීම.

🏡 වාස්තු විද්‍යාත්මක ක්‍රම

• උස සිවිලිම් (High Ceilings) මඟින් උණුසුම් වාතය ඉහළට ගමන් කිරීමට ඉඩ ලබා දීම.
• වහල තුළ වාතාශ්‍රය (Roof Ventilation) ලබා දීම.
• සුළඟ හොඳින් ගමන් කරන ලෙස ජනෙල් හා විවෘතකිරීම් සැලසුම් කිරීම.
• දැව, ස්වාභාවික ගල් වැනි දේශගුණයට ගැළපෙන ද්‍රව්‍ය භාවිතය.
• ගස්, ශාක හා ජල අංග එක්කර අවට පරිසරය ස්වභාවිකව සිසිල් කිරීම.

උණුසුම් සහ තෙතමනය වැඩි ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ දේශගුණයට Cabana එකක් සඳහා ස්වභාවිකව උණුසුම අඩු කරන, කල් පවතින සහ නඩත්තුව පහසු ද්‍රව්‍ය තෝරා ගැනීම වැදගත්.
🌿 හොඳ Materials

🪵 Timber (දැව)

Teak, Jak, Kumbuk වැනි කල් පවතින දැව.
උණුසුම අඩුවෙන් රඳවා ගනී.
ස්වභාවික සහ සුඛෝපභෝගී පෙනුමක් ලබා දෙයි.

🪨 Natural Stone (ස්වාභාවික ගල්)

Granite, Kabok, Quartzite වැනි ගල්.
දිගු කාලයක් පවතී.
බිත්ති, Feature Walls සහ Landscaping සඳහා ඉතා සුදුසුයි.

🏺 Terracotta Roof Tiles

වහල තුළ උණුසුම අඩු කිරීමට උපකාරී වේ.
Tropical Architecture එකට හොඳින් ගැළපේ.
Roof ventilation සමඟ භාවිතා කළොත් තවත් ප්‍රතිඵලදායකයි.

🧱 Exposed Concrete

නවීන (Modern) පෙනුමක් ලබා දෙයි.
නිසි shading සහ insulation සමඟ භාවිතා කළ යුතුය.
Timber සමඟ එකතු කළ විට ඉතා ලස්සන contrast එකක් ලැබේ.

🪟 Aluminium + Low-E Glass

කල් පවතිනවා.
Low-E glass භාවිතයෙන් හිරුගේ උණුසුම අඩු කරමින් ආලෝකය ඇතුළට ලබා ගත හැක.

🪵 Timber Battens / Pergolas

සෘජු අව්ව පාලනය කිරීමට.
ලස්සන shadow patterns නිර්මාණය කරයි.
Facade එකට depth සහ character එකක් එක් කරයි.

🪨 Cement Terrazzo හෝ Natural Stone Flooring

ඇවිදින විට සිසිල් හැඟීමක් ලබා දෙයි.
නඩත්තුව පහසුයි.
Indoor සහ Outdoor දෙකටම සුදුසුයි.
💡 Architectural Tip: ලස්සන Materials පමණක් තෝරා ගැනීම ප්‍රමාණවත් නැහැ. ඒවා නිවැරදි දිශානතිය, වාතාශ්‍රය (Cross Ventilation), වහලේ insulation, සහ සෙවන (Shading) සමඟ එකතු කළ විට තමයි ඇත්තටම සිසිල්, බලශක්ති කාර්යක්ෂම Cabana එකක් ලැබෙන්නේ. හොඳ design එකක්, මිල අධික materials වලට වඩා බොහෝ වෙලාවට වැඩි වෙනසක් ඇති කරනවා.

සියල්ල විශ්ලේෂණය කර ඔබට වසර ගණනාවක් සුවපහසුවෙන් භාවිත කළ හැකි, බලශක්ති කාර්යක්ෂම (Energy Efficient),Budget friendly සහ වටිනාකම වැඩි වන නිර්මාණයක් ලබා දෙයි.

හොඳ Cabana එකක් කියන්නේ Air Conditioner එක මත පමණක් රඳා නොසිට, ස්වභාවධර්මයම භාවිතා කර සිසිලස නිර්මාණය කරන ගොඩනැගිල්ලක්. 🌿
