The first shipment of wind turbine components for the 50 MW HayWind Mannar Wind Power Project has been successfully unloaded at Trincomalee Port in under eight days, marking a major milestone in Sri Lanka’s renewable energy journey.

Representing the first 25 MW phase of the project, the components are now en route to Mannar for installation, supported by the specialized logistics expertise of Hayleys Advantis.

Developed by HayWind One Ltd., the wind energy arm of Hayleys Fentons, the project will contribute to a cleaner, more energy-secure future for Sri Lanka.
