It’s crazy to reflect on how far we’ve come. What started as a small, quiet space to talk about gacha games within a friend group has grown into a thriving community representing thousands of fans across Sri Lanka.
Six years ago, during the height of COVID, I had the idea to launch a Facebook group and Discord server called "Genshin Impact Sri Lanka." The initial goal was simple: find local players who were jumping into Genshin Impact at launch. Over time, as we crossed 1,000+ members and welcomed fans of all kinds of gacha titles, we evolved into "Gacha Gamers Sri Lanka," and ultimately, Gacha SL the central hub for our local community.
Over the past two years, we managed to step into public spaces, raising awareness about this incredible genre of games and the passionate players who love them. Seeing Sri Lankan gamers so eager to share spaces similar to what international communities enjoy cemented our vision: to become an entity that proudly represents our community and unlocks new avenues and experiences for local gacha gamers.
As we mark our 6th Anniversary, I want to send a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has been a part of this journey every member, creator, and supporter who made this possible.
This is still just the beginning.
"To the stars and the abyss!" 💫✨

I kind of had lot of free time these days. xD.
TBH it wasn't that hard to complete being not a huge area and new compass being goated. Also it was really interesting to explore some areas .
