Vision 83 is organized old student of Wijayarathnam Hindu Central Collage, Negombo, Sri Lanka batch 1999 O/L and 2002 A/L student, We came together for one purpose which to end the suffering of children's and families in Sri Lanka and to provide hope and opportunity for a better quality of life
