Twilight Clothing Manufacturers is a manufacturing company based in Maputsoe Industrial Estate (Mantsebo Road).
We are looking for experienced and hardworking employees to join our team in the following positions:

PROJECT: MAKING OF SCHOOL SHIRTS

1. Quality Checkers (10)
Responsibilities
• Esure that products meet the required standards before they reach the customers.

2. Roving Qualities (10)
Responsibilities:
• Move around to cover different areas, making sure the quality is up to the required standards.
• Move operation to operation.
• Make sure operators cut long cottons.

3. Fronting Machinists (10)
Responsibilities:
• Be able to operate Fronting Machine.
• Ensure that quality is up to customer's standard.

4. Flat Machinists (10)
Coller fitters
• Be able to fit collars of the shirts.
Coller closers
• Be able to close collers ensuring labels are in center.

5. Quality Supervisor (2)
Responsibilities
• Inline inspection
• Final audit / QA: Do AQL inspections before shipment. Accept/reject lots based on buyer standards.
• Standards enforcement: Make sure production follows buyer specs, tech packs, size sets, and quality manuals.
• Root cause and corrective action: When defects pop up, figure out why and work with sewing supervisors to fix it.
• Reporting: Daily QC reports, defect rates, rework tracking. Most buyers want data, not just "looks good".
• Training: Coach line QC and operators on common defects — loose threads, puckering and shade.

6. Production Supervisors (2)
Responsibilities
• Plan & allocate: Break down daily/weekly production targets by style. Assign operators to lines based on skill.
• Line balance: Make sure each operation has enough work and no bottlenecks. Adjust as orders change.
• Quality control: Do in-line checks, reduce defects, coordinate with QC on AQL and rework. First-piece approval is on you.
• Efficiency & output: Track hourly output vs target, manage downtime, handle machine breakdowns with maintenance.
