Job Opportunity: 2 Technicians – Wonder Tech
Founded in 2016, Wonder Tech has been a leader in Lesotho’s IT industry for the past 10 years. We have consistently emphasized independent innovation, establishing a strong presence in software, servers, storage, conference room solutions, and digital security services.
We are seeking two qualified IT Technicians to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth and excellence.
Responsibilities
• Installation, servicing, and repair of IT hardware, servers, and storage systems.
• Support in the deployment and maintenance of software and digital security solutions.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining conference room technologies.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and client support.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and service quality
Requirements
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in ICT, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in ICT systems, digital security
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
