Today, IDM - Lesotho has successfully completed a 5 day short course training on Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) for 𝗣𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀.

This course introduces participants to key concepts of Monitoring and Evaluation, to enable candidates to better understand, participate and contribute to the M&E Processes. Monitoring and Evaluation is seen as an important part of planning, reviewing and reporting activities and therefore M&E officers must be equipped with the relevant skill set.

This week, IDM - Lesotho through the Human Resource Management and Organisational Development (HRM&OD) discipline has commenced a 3 day short term training in Customer Service for LNIG Hollard Staff Members.

In today’s highly competitive insurance industry, exceptional customer service is no longer optional it is essential. Insurance clients expect not only comprehensive coverage but also personalised, empathetic, and efficient service throughout their customer journey.

This course is designed to bridge the gap between traditional sales practices and modern service excellence by equipping insurance sales professionals with the tools to build lasting relationships, handle diverse client needs, and represent their organisation with integrity and professionalism. Strong customer service capabilities directly impact client retention, satisfaction, and referrals key drivers of growth in the insurance business.
