Today, the Right Honourable Speaker of the National Assembly officially accepted his role as a 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐬 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 under the 𝐖𝐘𝐃𝐄 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧'𝐬 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞.

The recognition affirms the important role that men can play in advancing inclusive leadership and supporting the meaningful participation of women, youth and persons with disabilities in democratic and political processes.

Through the 𝐌𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐬 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐫, implemented in partnership with MESNET, WYDE continues to foster collaboration and shared responsibility in building a more inclusive and representative society.
