We're excited to announce that Present Connection has acquired Xplicity - a Lithuania-based software company with a strong track record in Lithuania and the Netherlands.

Together, we bring a team of ~100 technology professionals serving customers across Lithuania, the Netherlands, Germany, and beyond.

This isn't just a business transaction. It's two teams with shared values, a common vision, and a long history, joining forces to build something stronger.

Xplicity will continue to operate under its own name. Same people, same quality. With more possibilities behind the scenes.
