Good weather gave us the perfect excuse to head outside for another LW Group team hike – a tradition we started last year and are already planning to continue in the future. 🌲🌳

This time, more than 30 LW Group team members set off on an approximately 12 km route through Neris Loops Regional Park.

The trail had everything a good team adventure needs: wild nature, forest paths, river views, impressive cliffs, viewpoints overlooking the Neris loops, and just the right amount of challenge to make every step feel worth it. 💪

Same spirit next year? Definitely.
Same number of steps? We will see. Maybe even more! 🥾

This year, LW Group turned 23 — old enough to know who we are, young enough to keep pushing, questioning, and dreaming bigger.

We celebrated the only way we know how: together. With laughter, good conversations, shared memories — and that unmistakable feeling that we’re not just a team, but one body: supporting each other, moving in sync, and building something meaningful (while genuinely enjoying the ride). 🫶🔥
