The pictures here compare Recaro’s EuroSpec v JP Spec mounting solutions.

The EuroSpec reuses the original BMW sliders, whereas the JP Spec has sliders on top of low profile brackets.

It allows the seat’s frame to be approximately 0.75 inches / 19.05mm lower.

It’s the lowest possible configuration if you wish to retain sliders. To go lower, you’d need to go floor mounted.

Both solutions are available on EuroConnex.co for M3 V8 / 1M / F8x M cars. They will fit most Recaro seats, including bucket seat models with Recaro’s signature side mounts.
