NVO ,,GLAS" je nevladino udruženje osnovano u junu 2020.
Ciljevi organizacije su:
-poboljšanje položaja mladih kroz neformalne oblike edukacije;
-promocija i podsticaj razvoja preduzetništva, ekološke svijesti i međunarodne saradnje;
-prevencija svih oblika nasilja godine u Podgorici, Crna Gora od strane mladih ljudi koji su svojim učešćima na međunarodnim projektima i stečenim znanjem i iskustvom u svojim profesijama odlučili doprinijeti razvoju našeg

🇲🇪 ✨ Predstavnica NVO GLAS, Anastasija Mojašević, učestvovala je na trodnevnoj obuci „Ništa bez SinERGIJE mladih“, održanoj 20–22. jula 2026. u Mojkovcu. 🌿
Obuku je organizovala Crnogorska organizacija za zdravlje mladih (YHO Montenegro) u okviru projekta „Nulla dies sinERGIJA mladih!“, sa ciljem unapređenja znanja i vještina omladinskih radnika i predstavnika civilnog sektora za kvalitetniji rad sa mladima. 🤝
Kroz interaktivne radionice, praktične vježbe i razmjenu iskustava obrađene su teme:
🧠 mentalnog zdravlja i mentalno-zdravstvene pismenosti mladih
💬 komunikacije i podrške mladima
🌱 inovativnih metoda omladinskog rada
📱 digitalnog aktivizma i participacije mladih
🤝 kreiranja sigurnih prostora za mlade
Obuka je bila prilika za razmjenu iskustava, povezivanje, razvoj novih ideja i jačanje saradnje među omladinskim radnicima. 💡
Učešće Anastasije predstavlja još jedan korak u jačanju kapaciteta NVO GLAS i unapređenju programa usmjerenih na osnaživanje mladih. 💙

🇬🇧 ✨ NVO GLAS representative Anastasija Mojašević participated in the three-day training “Nothing without Youth SinERGIJA”, held 20–22 July 2026 in Mojkovac, Montenegro. 🌿
The training was organised by the Youth Health Organization Montenegro (YHO Montenegro) within the project “Nulla dies sinERGIJA mladih!”, aiming to strengthen the knowledge and skills of youth workers and civil society representatives for more effective youth work. 🤝
Through interactive workshops, practical exercises and experience sharing, participants explored:
🧠 youth mental health and mental health literacy
💬 communication and support for young people
🌱 innovative approaches in youth work
📱 digital activism and youth participation
🤝 creating safe spaces for young people
The training provided an opportunity for experience exchange, networking, new ideas and stronger cooperation among youth workers. 💡
Anastasija’s participation represents another step towards strengthening NVO GLAS capacities and improving programmes focused on youth empowerment. 💙

🇲🇪 Juče, 16. jula, održana je međunarodna DigiCreate virtuelna konferencija „Designing Creative Futures: From Research to Learning in Practice“ ✨🌍
Konferencija je okupila partnere, stručnjake, edukatore, istraživače i mlade iz 🇲🇪 🇩🇪 🇧🇦 🇷🇸 🇵🇹 🇪🇸 radi razmjene znanja i predstavljanja rezultata projekta DigiCreate.
Tokom događaja predstavljeni su:
✨ rezultati istraživanja o potrebama mladih u kreativnim industrijama;
✨ iskustva stručnjaka kroz panel diskusiju o razvoju karijera u kreativnom sektoru;
✨ DigiCreate metodološki okvir, obrazovni resursi i digitalna platforma;
✨ preporuke iz interaktivnih radnih grupa.
Učesnici su diskutovali o podršci mladima pri prelasku na tržište rada, kreativnim i digitalnim vještinama, mentorstvu, kao i uticaju AI i novih tehnologija na budućnost kreativnih karijera. 💡

🇬🇧 Yesterday, 16 July, the international DigiCreate Virtual Conference “Designing Creative Futures: From Research to Learning in Practice” was held. ✨🌍
The conference brought together partners, experts, educators, researchers and young people from 🇲🇪 🇩🇪 🇧🇦 🇷🇸 🇵🇹 🇪🇸 to exchange knowledge and present the results of the DigiCreate project.
The event included:
✨ research findings on young people’s needs in creative industries;
✨ experts’ experiences through a panel discussion on career development in the creative sector;
✨ the DigiCreate Methodological Framework, educational resources and digital platform;
✨ recommendations from interactive working groups.
Participants discussed youth transition to employment, creative and digital skills, mentoring, and the impact of AI and emerging technologies on future creative careers. 💡

🇲🇪 Iskustva učesnika su najbolji pokazatelj vrijednosti DigiCreate programa. 💙
Milena Mrđenović, učesnica DigiCreate virtuelnog treninga u Crnoj Gori, podijelila je kako je ovo iskustvo doprinijelo njenom ličnom i profesionalnom razvoju.
✨ Kroz trening je unaprijedila komunikacione vještine, spoznala značaj aktivnog slušanja i stekla praktične alate koje će koristiti u budućem profesionalnom razvoju.
🤝 Posebno je istakla vrijednost razmjene iskustava sa drugim učesnicima i moderatorima, koji su otvoreno govorili o izazovima mladih na početku karijere.
💻 Iako je trening održan online, Milena naglašava da virtuelni format nije umanjio kvalitet iskustva. Naprotiv, stvorio je prostor za povezivanje, podršku i zajedničko učenje.
🌍 DigiCreate pokazuje kako virtuelne razmjene mogu podstaći razvoj digitalnih, kreativnih i interkulturalnih kompetencija mladih.

Milena Mrđenović, a participant in the DigiCreate Virtual Training in Montenegro, shared how the programme supported her personal and professional development.
✨ Through the training, she improved her communication skills, recognised the importance of active listening, and gained practical tools for her future career.
🤝 She especially valued the exchange of experiences with other participants and moderators, who openly shared insights and challenges from the beginning of their professional journeys.
💻 Although the training was delivered online, Milena highlighted that the virtual format did not reduce its quality. Instead, it created a space for connection, support, and collaborative learning.
🌍 DigiCreate shows how virtual exchanges can foster young people's digital, creative, and intercultural competences while creating opportunities for growth and collaboration.

NVO GLAS, kao članica evropske mreže CREALITY, poziva mlade uzrasta od 15 do 30 godina da učestvuju u online istraživanju CREALITY Youth Participation Barometer 2026.
Istraživanje prikuplja mišljenja mladih o:

🔹 pristupu informacijama
🔹 inkluziji
🔹 potrebama lokalnih zajednica
🔹 temama koje su mladima najvažnije.

The survey explores young people's views on:

🔹 the issues that matter most to young people.
The results will support the work of the CREALITY Youth Impact Panel and contribute to the development of future youth-led activities across Europe.

🇲🇪 🎙️ Dvije podcast epizode. Dvije važne teme. Jedna odlična diskusija.
U Omladinskom centru Podgorica okupili smo mlade i predstavnike lokalne zajednice na projekciji podcast epizoda nastalih tokom DigiZone Podcast Bootcamp-a, nakon čega je uslijedio otvoren razgovor sa publikom.
💬 Da li se mladi plaše neuspjeha ili tuđeg mišljenja?
📱 Kako pronaći zdraviji balans između online i offline života?
Ovo su samo neke od tema koje su otvorile iskrene razgovore, različite perspektive i brojna pitanja o izazovima sa kojima se mladi danas suočavaju.
Još jednom smo pokazali da podcast može biti mnogo više od medijskog formata – može biti prostor za dijalog, kritičko promišljanje i aktivno učešće mladih u društvu.
Aktivnost je realizovana u okviru Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange projekta Youth DigiZone – OUR COMMON GROUND.

At the Youth Centre Podgorica, we brought together young people and members of the local community for a public screening of two podcast episodes created during the DigiZone Podcast Bootcamp, followed by an engaging discussion with the audience.
💬 Are young people more afraid of failure or of other people's opinions?
📱 How can we achieve a healthier balance between our online and offline lives?
These topics sparked honest conversations, diverse perspectives, and meaningful reflections on the challenges young people face today.
Once again, we proved that podcasts can be much more than a media format—they can become a space for dialogue, critical thinking, and meaningful youth participation.
The activity was implemented as part of the Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange project Youth DigiZone – OUR COMMON GROUND.
